![]() Both of my parents are physicians but I was the only one of their three kids to go into medicine. I was born and raised in northwest Indiana, about 1 hour from downtown Chicago. Our office performs electrocardiograms, minor surgical procedures such as skin tag procedures and joint injections, and has a full laboratory and in house phlebotomist. Dy have training in the treatment of patient in the inpatient and outpatient settings including geriatric medicine, cancer screenings, immunizations, routine nonsurgical gynecologic care, and coordination of specialists. Our practice specializes in Internal Medicine, including the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of disease in patients 16 and older. Dy is married and enjoys gardening, reading, babysitting her niece and nephew and a good pair of shoes. She is also involved in the Women in White Coats mentorship program at NEOMED. She is interested in preventative care and women’s health. Dy is ABIM board certified in internal medicine, an associate professor at NEOMED, and has participated in internal medicine resident education at Akron City Hospital. She attended Youngstown State University and graduated with a degree in chemistry, and graduated from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2008, and finished her internal medicine residency at Akron City Hospital-Summa Health System in 2011. Jennifer Dy is originally from Cuyahoga Falls, OH. She is interested in women’s health issues.ĭr. She is married and enjoys spending time with her children and reading. She immediately went into private practice at Internal Medicine West after graduation. Jones graduated from Northeast Ohio University College of Medicine in 1998, and finished her internal medicine residency at Akron City Hospital- Summa Health System in 2001. She moved to the Akron area to attend Kent State University. Garimah Jones is originally from Buffalo, NY. We joined the Pioneer Physicians Network team in January 2016.ĭr. He enjoys spending time with his family, fitness training, playing the piano and making homemade pizza. Fox is happily married, with a daughter and a son who are his pride and joy. Fox completed an MBA degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.ĭr. From 2016-2018, he served as the Division Director for MetroHealth’s Ambulatory PM&R group. While at MetroHealth, he oversaw resident education for Interventional Pain Management and Sports Medicine, and he was a three-time teacher of the year. He has served as a faculty member at MetroHealth’s PM&R residency program from 2011-2018. He also enjoys teaching, taking time to educate patients about their conditions and available treatment options. He takes great pride in making injections as accurate and as painless as possible. He has a particular interest in Ultrasound and Fluoroscopically-guided procedures. Fox has been an invited speaker at numerous regional gatherings and has presented nationally. Fox met his future wife, a Northeast Ohio native, which prompted him to return to Northeast Ohio after completing a fellowship in Pain Management.ĭr. He moved to Northeast Ohio in 2006, where he completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) at MetroHealth Medical Center, in affiliation with Case Western Reserve University. Fox was born and raised in Texas, where he graduated with his Medical Doctorate in 2005.
